In the UK if you're Gatso'd they have to send you the NIP within 14 days otherwise it ain't worth the paper it's printed on.
But what about a speeding offence in the Republic of Ireland? My mate lives there. He was Gatso'd (from a mobile van) and the NIP wasn't sent within 14 days. Any hope? It's not the fine he's bothered about but the points.
