lost the instructions
tuner: T-76L
amp: A-97
cd player: DP-M87
Eq: GE-970
tape: x-87
few years old now but did cost me 1k+ and theres fuggin millions of wires and plugs, it was purchased as a set not seperates
anyone help?

It's really pretty obvious. Each unit should have a power supply that you plug into your mains. Each unit should also have a "line out" i.e. white and red phono sockets that connect to the relevant input on the back of the amp, using a phono lead. The tape also has a phono in (usually marked somnething like "rec in") this goes to the tape out on the back of your amp. If you can't work this out you probably have your house disconnected from the electricity supply for your own safety.

Oh, one more thing I forgot to mention: to get the best performance from your equaliser, hit it several times with a club hammer and then place in dustbin. feckin '80s gizmos.
