Which derivative of the PAL Standard is used for UK TV ?

Question

Is there any way to convert this to work here ?
Multi-System TV tuner PAL N and PAL M and NTSC

Possibly, yes - the difference between the different standards is to do with the frequency of the audio sub-carrier, and it's likely that this'll be controlled a separate crystal. You need to find a competent TV engineer (the hard part!) and get him to replace the crystal with one suitable for PAL-I.
