Question

What is the best or even minimum resolution to take a pic on a digital camera if I wanted to have the pics developed onto normal size photos? Will be using a 4 Megapixel camera (Canon Powershot S45).

Sorry if it's a dumb question but I know nowt about these things at the moment

P.S. Don't know what I was thinking but I put "phone" in the title instead of Camera!?!?!?!

Thumbs up

Go for the absolute maximum that the camera will allow. Think of a photo being made up of lots of little blobs (pixels). The more you can cram onto a sheet, the better the res will be.

Cheers
