For all the below just take out the spaces

1) [ quote ] text [ /quote ]

2) http://bbs.turbosport.co.uk/dev.php?tsfile=gmacstang and use the uploader - then just copy and paste the code into your text

3) basic ones are:

...there's alot more that can be found at places like: the ultimatly pointless website

i followed the instructions and this doesn't work.
