NTL answers phone after 2 rings shocker
As i pick myself up off the floor i get told that the line rental on my phone is free as i have digital tv. Surprised, i tell the lady on the other end of the line that i didnt realise that even having Sky i get free line rental, and that i havent had ntl digital for 2 years. But i still paid the line rental on the last bill. Ahh she says, thats wrong isnt it.
At least NTL are consistent(ly wrong)
