Thinking of moving up Filey way - Any reccommendations
#2
My mum and dad bought a place on Filey sea front about two years ago as a holiday home (dad loves east coast) If you've been in the last two years you can't help but notice them (as you drive down the high street and drop down the sttep hill towards the sea, turn left and they are on the left hand side - obviously or they would be in the sea )
The place is called Deepdene and the appartments were built by Persimmon Homes. There have been a few problems with them but touch wood they are all sorted now, and are lovely appartments.
I'm not sure of the estate agents who sell them, but just thought I'd recommend them as they really are nice. We've got a balcony with a sea view which is lovely. (Oh and they come with secure private parking for the scooby )
