i'm not sure if the year is correct, but apparently there is legislation (european) for all cars to be fitted with transponder carrying registration plates.
Does anyone know anyhting about this???
This will enable big brother to see how you can possibly get from Manchester to London in 55 Minutes, and nick you accordingly!!!
