Hi guys,
I'm looking for some advice on a good company formation agent - anyone had any good experiences?
We're setting up a UK ltd company, all three of us are UK passport holders but non-resident in the UK.
A lot of the business will be carried out in the US, currently taking advice on this but we will probably set up a sister company in Florida (the other two partners both have US 'Green Cards').
Just wondered if anyone knew of a reputable company who may be able to assist with setting up UK companies, ideally with additional experience of the "international" element.

The incorporation is the easy bit. To do a straight forward incorporation I used IGP Corporate a few years back. Ugly website, but good service.
You need to speak to accountant about the international element, and they'll probably charge double the amt IGP would to incorporate it - but they'll arrange for bank accounts etc to be opened, and at least you'll know they've done it properly.
