Have you seen/heard the way these **** wits are behaving?? Hysterical Lesbians most of them, but WTF kind of aggresive behaviour is that??

**** me, if I had some b1tch with a megaphone shouting point blank into my face like that I would deck the ******, no question

This is gettin' out of hand. Why are these anti-democratic people not 'removed'. They are abusing our right to freedom of speech

Question

So your freedom of speech is more important than their freedom of speech?

I haven't seen how they are behaving, so I can't comment on that, but why is your opinion more important than theirs?

And why am I not surprised that it's you that posted the above sentiment?

Question

Since you've never met me they can only remind you of how you perceive me.

I'm not there because;

1) I am not a lesbian.
2) I have better things to do.
3) it's a bit pointless because nothing any member(s) of the general public says/say will stop the war now.

Interesting to note however, that you didn't answer the question, although fairly true to form that you'd respond with a dig rather than a considered response. So, have you got any justification at all that your opinion is more important than theirs?

Oh, yes, very well considered response.

I think what you actually mean is, 'I can't justify the poorly thought out statement I just rashly made, as I wasn't expecting anyone to query it. Please go away because you are making me look bad'.

1) who called you a lesbian? (nowt wrong with some lezzers - have some good divx movies if you are interested)

2) not sure what you mean here? better things than to lick tuppence? or better things to do than protest against war?

3) yep your right, if you don't like the government or support the government in it's actions then why not move to france?

personally i don't want to see innocents killed and i hope the iraqi army rolls over and plays dead and the only people killed are SH and his "cabinet".
but i am 100% behind our and the american troops who are there ultimately to defend you and i.

StiShrek, my point is nothing to do with the rights or wrongs of the war. There's no point debating that because it's too late in the day now for any other option, if indeed there were any other options to start with.

My question was why unclebuck feels some people, (i.e. those people who he shares views with), have more right to express their opinions than some other people, (i.e. those people he doesn't agree with).

Unclebuck has often accused me of thinking I am right above all others, and that's a pretty hypocritical claim given his attitude here.

My question was a serious one to see whether maybe I had the wrong end of the stick. It seems not though.
