Has anyone got one of these? Do they only pick up previously downloaded fixed sites, or can they pick up mobile laser units etc too? ie, do they have 'comventional' laser dection capabilities.
The price of £400, is there an annual prescription with this?

I have had one for over a year. They dont pick up laser sites, just ones from their own map.

I have had bad reliability problems, and am now on my 6th unit.

I have been told that there is now a new motherboard that addresses alot of problems, like low volume, backlight, slow satellite lock and others so i will see how it performs. Origin have always been very good at replacing a failed unit though.

Subs are 50 quid a year.
