Decent PC RTS games?

Anyone know of any about?
Im really in need of a decent RTS.
Ive recently re-played RedAlert2, Broodwar and Warzone2100, but cant find any decent more modern equivalents

Failing that, a two disk add on pack for RA2 is out on the 19th called Yuri's revenge. Apparently it's the largest add on westwood have ever done, with all the 'old' characters back in new FMV

agree with neil - the stronghold demo looks excellent.
i also have Cossacks:European Wars which is stunning as well.
what about Shogun:Total War ? also a new expansion pack out for it which i have and its another excellent game.
not sure about any others cos i basically spend most of my time playing Counter-Strike online !!

Age of empires is prettty good but Hostile waters is REALLY good. but not quite RTS its a revamped carrier command if you can remember that Dune2000 was ok but Wacraft 3 looks pretty good.
I am still looking for a decent one mysleft.. Starcraft was the pinicle of RTS IMHO

Cor, Carrier Command - top game even with the wire frame graphics.
Haven't been playing much RTS recently - UT twice a day at work feeds my gaming needs.
Time to have a look in the shops I think.

age of empires 2 and the conquerors expansion packs are v good as well.
CC - wow ! i do remember it so i must be old
what about the new Star Wars : Galactic Battlegrounds ? got new PC Zone this morning and they seem to like it - got 84% and their Award for Excellence ? Out November though.......
they've also got a little list of Most Wanted RST games - a few of which are supposedly due out b4 the end of the year : Empire Earth (by the guy who did AOE) Late 2001 or Battle Realms Dec 2001 and Imperium Galactica III Winter 2001 - from the peeps who did Cossacks:European Wars.
I usually spend all pc time playing Counter Strike but actually playing Max Payne at the moment and Ultima Online.

Urg is ultima online any cop? I'm looking for a decent rollplaying online game to distract me from cs. I used to play diablo 2 but that got sooooo boring soooo fast 
I tried playing anarchy online (free trial jobbie) after the 700 meg download I then had 2 apply 6 patches (that didn't work a few times) and when I finaly got into the game.... urg what a waste of time... DONT PLAY IT.
I'm looking forward to Starwars galaxies though
I mean the emporer of dune not dune 2000 doh.. thats the one I Got as a leaving present
its ok but nothing new realy.

y u wanna be distracted from CS !! u should join us again for a game sometime.
yeah i am really enjoying Ultima Online.
was never a fan of that series, played all The Bards Tale games and Phantasie in the old days !
m8 of mine runs his own server so i dont have to connect to the US or pay £10-15 a month to play it !! his servers up 10am - 1am 7 days a week.
not many on at the moment, although i sent off 2 copies of the game this morning to Bazza (BarryK) and Norman D Landing - fellow CS players so we'll see what they think of it.
certainly worth getting a copy. if you do let me know and i'll pass you the web site of the server for you to have a game.

He Steve I always keep my eye out to see when the sti clan are playin and see if I can make it Too many clan matches atm :rollyeyes:.
