Living in Belgium

Anyone on here living and working in Belgium ?
Thinking of moving there workwise. Are taxes really as high as they seem, is the healthcare publically run as in the UK. What %age of your gross salary do you walk out with ?
Whats car tax and Car Insurance like ? in comparison to the UK.
Any big pluses or negatives to take into account.

Theo gave me an example
Coy pay 50k pa(for example)
You officially get 32k
You take home 17k
Coy pays 18k tax, you pay 15k.......but houses are cheap...lol. The job on offer came with a coy car, I read that the more personal miles you do, the more tax you pay. And guess what...I turned it down.
Applied for a job in Switzerland, on the German side, looks much better.
Just have to get out of this sh1te country.
