There were a lot of kids watching the same showing as us on Sat nite-11-14 year olds by the look of things and it absolutely scared the $hit out of them. I've never heard so much screaming in the cinema.

i disagree i thouht it was ****e
it was so linear, didnt u think it was crap the way they just picked random clues and locations out of thin air which just happened to be correct?
ive seen episodes of scooby doo with more depth!!
plus, the cinema was full and THE most inconsiderate ******* next 2 me, talked all the way thru, and at one point actually took his fone out and started ringing ppl!!! i mean fair enouhg maybe he was bored, but the **** didnt have 2 ruin it for everyone else!!!

I watched the original Jap version last weekend and thought it was absolutely fantastic. One of those films that when you wake up the next morning it's the first thing you think about.

I'm going to see Ring (americanised version) on Thursday, but I may rent the jap vers to see how good the original one is.
They've got a box set of all 3 films on DVD cheap cheap now.
