Hi one my way home from crufts last night I was happily driving down M25 no variable limit was on it was late there was no traffic then all of a sudden I saw one that said 40 mph!! slammed barkes on ..my brakes need replacing..lol car managed just to get down to 45mph..upset car behind me then the next one said national speed limit then after that they were off!! why did they do it ..it nearly caused me to have an accident! stupid things!
