Put the address in the BCC field. In a new mail go to "view" then click on "BCC field". Stick the addresses in there and nobody will know who else got the mail.

Within my address book, I'm setting up a group so I can e-mail a lot of contacts in one go.
How do I set it up so that the recipients of these e-mails don't know who else has recieved a mail??
