Got a real bad head cold that's blocked my sinuses, started getting ear ache in the right ear last week, now got it in the left aswell.
I can hardly hear anything but my own voice when I seak seems REALLY LOUD
Anyone suggest any good medication?, useless tryin to get a DR's appointment, tried yesterday and they were shut cause its a Wednesday afternoon
No need for CAPS LOCK REPLIES, I can read ok

Sudafed / Actifed or similar will help the blocked tubes, to laser thru the sinues you can either:
- get some primo peruvian flake and inhale (expensive)
- fill a sink with warm (not hot) water. Immerse your face in it, mouth shut. Inhale the water gently and slowly through your nose -- when it starts running into your mouth lift your head out and spit. Repeat a couple of times. Feels horrible when you do it but it doesn't half clean the nose out

Actifed will help dry up the fluid that's causing the blockage.
Olive oil will work well if the blockage is something solid like wax, but in this instance I believe something like Actifed is better.
I would stress though, I am not medically qualified and the best person to ask is your pharmacist, (or a GP).

I agree with TK - have had a few problems with ears blocking myself after colds.
Any decongestant should help, you could also try steam inhalation to try to unblock the 'tubes'.
I had a nightmare last year - ears blocked up a few days before I was going on holiday. Dr told me that if I flew I was taking the risk of a perforated ear drum Spent the whole plane journey paranoid that my ear drum would burst Fortunately it didn't
Good luck
