At the weekend I managed to get hold of a import Gamecube with Luigi's Mansion and Wave Race!!

Luigi's Mansion is absolutley awesome, both gameplay wise and graphically. I have just been bashing it for nearly 5 hours non stop and it's the dogs!!!

If this is the shape of things to come, then I can't wait for other games. The fact that this is a launch title makes it even more spectacular.

Havent really played wave race much as i'm too busy whacking ghosts in Luigi.

If only the PS2 could have me hooked like this!!!!!!

Me, I won't be getting one til' the US launch, but I KNEW the games would be great. Nintendo know sooo much about making truly great stuff.

Sounds like they learned the hard way with the 64 console being hard to develope for - now developers are saying the GameCube is a dream to work on.

You caught the 'new improved' Resident Evil video yet they released - real-time shadows and stuff makes it the creepiest yet!

I do try!!!

The effects on Luigi are something else.....the attention to detail is immense.

The gameplay however is of typical Nintendo.....absolutley perfect.

Speaking of the graphics.........it's funny how some people had informed me that the PS2 was the Daddie after the X-Box...and the Gamecube was last!!!! Those people had obviously never seen a Gamecube in progress!!! Sony had better get there finger out..........LIKE NOW!

Yeah, its like Sony are going through the learning curve that Nintendo did years ago, in terms of the PS2 being very difficult to develope for.

Let us know when you get Rogue Squadron 2
