Want to get some pc speakers. Currently have pc plugged into an amp and then to proper hifi speakers. But the speakers take up a lot of space. So I would like to get 2 satelites (not 4) and one sub woofer PC speakers - can members recommend some for under £100? The speakers wont be driven hard (loud) and will only be used for games.

Get yourself a set of Creative (Cambridge) Soundworks speakers.

Comes with a 'woofer that sits on the floor and two satellites that are cube shaped and about 2 inches long on each side.

Sounds fantastic, and only about 40 quid from PC world if my memory serves me right.

They also do a 5 speaker version, but it is a bit of overkill.

As Andrew said. These are the best speakers you can buy. "Hi-fi" world took a look at a pair and rated them highly.
