Hey folks, have you any ideas where someone could get hold of a second hand or new plug in CD/floppy drive unit for a Digital Hinote Ultra 2000 P166 model VTX 5155M laptop?

Not worth spending any time or effort on if nothing springs to mind, just one of the boss' has asked me for a freind. My old places seemed to have died.......

I can second SKA Engineering - I have used them many times, They are very good for secondhand parts - BUT they only advertise for Tosh, Compaq & IBM.

Still worth a call.....I wish you luck for a Digital though....I have a couple of users using slightly later Hi-Notes and just getting drivers for them now is a nightmare - if they ever go wrong they're fcuked!!!!
