Yes and No.

If dark they may flash (although they tend to go home before it gets dark).

I got 'done' by a mobile camera once, no flash (I was facing the camera though).

Funny, I thought of mobile phone cameras. I don't speed so don't have to worry about Gatso's..........much.

A friend of the wife got caught ,got sent the paper work etc ,she wrote the cheque for £61 on purpose ,they cant legally cash it ,and haven't, that was 6 months ago !!
