read this in the local paper 146mph in a skoda. driver was already banned for life still did`nt stop him

Garden was banned from driving for 10 years, to run alongside the lifetime ban he is already serving.

Great. He'll be on the roads again in 12 months then. He obviously has complete disregard for the law and the sentences the courts hand out to him. He should be sent to Bagdad with a sandwich board saying "Saddam is a big fairy who sleeps with goats". That might curtail him for a tad.
