Myself and my girlfriend are going to las vegas mid october for a week, where is a good place to go for the second week in this neck of the woods - prefer somewhere relaxing? ?

As 2weeks is too much for just las vegas...

Lake Tahoe is pretty good - about 400 miles away NW.

Or up into the Napa Valley - sample some wine?
