problems re e- mail NTL anyone else???

Have you tried using their webmail to see if you have mail on your account? Is the problem with you retrieving it from the server, or with it being stored on the server?

I've been getting e-mails ok to my NTL account. Do you get the message that tells you that you have new mail?? but are unable to download them?? If so, this means that a big e-mail has blocked your queue.
