The car hater himself will be on Chris Tarrant's show on Monday trying to justify the Kengestion charge.

Red minger did a bit on LBC a while ago.....he said "no poor people have cars in central London"!
My nurses are relatively poor and rely on their cars to get to work!
Congestion charging will have to stop when the hospitals have no staff when 10% of their salary is going in fees for congestion charging! [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
