it's a spoof, i'm sure I first heard about it here, a couple of months ago.
There are some links somewhere showing all the letters and outrage that the sight has caused, some of the OTTness of the reactions are funnier than the site itself.

Definitely a wind-up - check out the 'rear aspect' photos - twisted!
By the way, comiserations about your run in with the cossie. I got my *** whipped by one straight after being let out to play after breaking my engine in. Best advice is to back off - you'll overtake them later when they have the RAC van lashed to the front.....

ah, bonsai kitten.
i remember this from a few months back.
It's a hoax, a little sick yes, but a hoax nonetheless.
Seem to recall some very heated debates on this here bbs about this subject.
Seem to recall I got a bit agitated when I suggested it was just a bit of fun (the cat with head in jar is what a curious kitten would do, i know, I've seen kittens, and puppies sitck their heads in things like this, coz they are curious)
