OK, got yahoo mail account, it says, that if I sign up for their spam, sorry, deliver system then it will allow me to collect my yahoo mail from another email client, ie; what I do for other pop3 accounts.

however, it won't let me see the options, ie yahoo pop server, account name, etc.. to allow me to enter this into Eudora.

so, anyone using this and want to enlighten me as to the yahoo mailserver name and other arcane info I'd need.

account and password I know, it's just the rest.

Server is pop.mail.yahoo.com, account name is your account name ie the bit before @ in the address, password is your password.

I can't seem to find said option in Yahoo mail, where do I look to enable POP mail so I dont have to use the website?

Hmmm, I didn't know it allowed you to forward yahoo mail somewhere else. I've got other mail, from ISPs and such like, setup in Yahoo so I can check those from Yahoo, but not the other way round

Already have yahoo setup to ready POP mail, but would really like to set it up the other way round if possible (and described above).

fire up yahoo help when in yahoo mail and it has a section (one of the first ones) about getting yahoo mail from OE, Eudora other POP client software. Have a read and it tells you what to do.

works great, getting mail from yahoo into my eudora, sweet!!!
