Oh come on,
I worte the decrypt progran in Excel!
You only need to use HLOOKUP and Build a substitution string based on frequency analysis. You can do the frequency anlysis with countif.
I did a Binary word decoder in Excel as well, because some one with too much time on THIER hands has a binary word on their website.....

Sorry GT. I know how to decrypt it but it takes too much effort for little silliness. What was the binary word? I can't be assed doing that either.
