Nimbus

Hi Guys,

Thought it would be easier to post here than e-mail everyone.

It's been suggested that we have a BBQ after the flying. How does that sound with everyone? If the weather's not nice enough to have one we can impliment "Plan B" and go to a pub.

There's a total of 12 people going now including friends and relatives, so I think if we all bring a few bits we should be able to put together some fair tucker.

What does everyone what to bring? Banshi has volenteered to bring a BBQ and charcoal, plus a few bits. I can bring some bread rolls, wine, sausages, salad and maybe a desposable BBQ or two.

Post here what you would like to bring so that we can make sure everthing is covered.

Hi,

Sounds good.

How many are driving?? I'll bring a crate of Carling (12/24?), but don't want to encourage drink driving

Can't think of anything else apart from the obvious. Has someone thought about tongs, etc??

Let me know if we need anything else and I'll see what I can do.

Re:beer, I think I'm going to camp there (come on, someone else must think this is a cunning plan!) so I'm not bothered about the driving aspect.

I'll need a stiff one before I get near that kite, (drink that is chiark!), so the missus will drive.

chiark, so far as your equipment is concerned I'm sure it was just the cold weather

I'll toss in a few bottles of vino cheapo and put some chicken, sausage, burgers etc. in a cool box to get us started.

Possibly a few soft drinks? But there again bars open anyway .

Looks like most are driving. The bar will be open, so drinks are available there. If you want to bring a perticular pack of cans, that's fine. A few bottles of soft drinks sound good though.

Sounds like a fine idea I can bring a couple of bottles of 'soft drinks', sausages etc - let me know if you need anything else.
