Win95/Network Troubleshooting/Support - Teesside

Small company, based in Teesside, requires technical services to help with the resolution of network/e-mail problems.
They run a small network based on Windows 95. Current ISP is BT but plans are afooot to move.
They've had their fingers burnt a little by a couple of local companies who have failed to deliver.
In the first instance, help is needed to solve their current problems. Assuming this is dealt with satisfactorily, further down the line there is an office move which will need planning from the IT hardware point of view, and ongoing support/consultancy.
However, their number 1 priority is the resolution of their existing problems.
The company is [ideally] looking for a long-term partner.
