Have a look at

 

For smilies, just click on the "Smilies Legend" link to the left of where you type your message or reply..........

 

Its sorta easy really
1. Find the smilie u want.
2. Highlight the gif code ? next to it.
3. Press Ctrl C to pick it up
4. Exit smilies.
5. Press Ctrl V to drop the smilie where u want it, in an email or on a UBB.

Hope this makes sense!
