Wouldn't have been the market for them back then I reckon.
Too expensive, little known and most were still into Courtenay GTE-16v turbo conversions etc etc (ie Max Power brigade!)

Bring on the future I say. I'd love to have my own space ship and go exploring from planet to planet. I'd have a holodeck on board of course and lots and lots of programmes such as.

Future definitely where they have a cure for being overweight and an immunisation for acne given at birth. Everyone would be having plastic surgery to look like supermodels, except of course they wouldn't exist. There would be no crime due to having everything you'd ever wanted and the weather would always be sunny and bright.
Of course this is a dream, not really the future.......
