In Devon and Cornwall, police patrolling the motorways are going to issue fixed penalty notices to people that lane hog! I have to say that lane hogging is one of my pet hates so I'm happy

that sounds good- do the lane hogs for dangerous driving I reckon -ban the *******. I was back in the UK over Christmas and saw so many of these jerks (especially on the M25) just sat in the outer lanes doing 60-70MPH. Personally I just used the *exclusive* inside lanes that seemed to be reserved for those of us who actually like to get somewhere!
Make the motorways into freeways allow undertaking and leave these ******* to sit wherever they want!

Also I notice the reason the idiots stay in the outside lanes is cos they are to lazy or to tranced out to move or do anything active in their driving. I like to snap them out of it by using my headlamp washers to wet their windscreens (they hate this). This then requires some positive action on their part to clear the screen. If we all did this the morons would move over cos it would be easier than having to use their wipers/fill up the bottle every 100 miles.
and only 1 in Devon!
