I got some junk mail through the door last night that said if I prefix all my phone calls with 1363 then I'll benefit from substantially reduced call rates...provided you use BT, which we do.
There's no sign up fee, no monthly charge, no this, no that etc. You don't even have to register...the first time you use it, you're considered to have accepted the deal.
I think you just get a smaller BT bill plus a bill from the '1363' company - forgotten their name right now.
Anyone else heard of this, use/used it, found the catch etc????/
