A friend of mine has just got a DB7, is it even worth entering into a discussion with him about preformance etc, out of interest does anyone also know stats 0 to 60 top speed , BHP etc

 

saw one yesterday ..... v nice looking car

evo mag's The Knowledge reckons the following for the db7 vantage :

420bhp
400lb ft torque
241 bhp/tonne
4.9 0-60
11.2 0-100
185mph top speed.


nice....all for £92,500 new.

oh i see, his is a 3.2 super turbo charged, are the figures still the same.

The super charged is still a quick car, but not a patch on the wonderful Vantage.

I work for Aston as an instructor and spent a great day on friday messing around in a brand new DB7 Vantage at Millbrook Proving ground near Bedford - lucky boy, eh!

The DB7 Vantage has a top speed in excess of 180 mph and 0 to 60 mph acceleration just less than 5 seconds.

It has a 6.0 ltr V12 engine developed by Aston and Cosworth and is recognised as probably the worlds most beautiful car!

It is a wonderful car to drive and has stunning presence on the road.
