Actually I have Axe Attack as well....
(I was pretty sure it's not live on there though. Could be wrong. That has You Got Livin' - Frank Marino on it as well, Areosmith - Sweet Emotion, ACDC- Highway to Hell, Rainbow - All night long, Sabbath - Pananoid, Maiden - Running Free, Motorhead - Bomber, Girlschool - Run from the Devil?, Priest - Something(Ripper?)...
Off the top of my head you understand).

By the way, I'm going to see Yngwie in London in June.

Have you got Live Chronicals? I have two versions of it, from different concerts. The rare one has got extra songs like Needle Gun and Masters of the Universe on it, works into the story quite well. More Michael Morcock narration as well.

Lord of the Boards by The Guano Apes.

Something about snowboarding with little green men

Absolutely THE best driving (like a nutter) rock track...

I've been listening to Dido recently, but after re finding my Guns n Roses Appetite for Destruction I found that I got to places a hell of a lot quicker ....

Needless to say, it's back in the CD rack and I'm back on Dido for a while!

Hmmmm interesting one this.

Diggy > I have Breadfan on CD single of Harvester of Sorrow.....top track.

Personal faves would be.....

Crazy Train - Ozzy Osbourne
Walk - Pantera
Seasons In The Abyss - Slayer
Paranoid - Black Sabbath
You Shook Me All Night Long - AC/DC

There are loads more but I really ought to do some work

I bought Crazy Train the day it came out. I was a massive Ozzy fan at the time. Only 8 though.

I was a bit disappointed not to see Michael Schenker pop-up on the top 10 guitar heroes the other night (but not overly surpised).

I tend to have 9 UFO albums and one other in my car for most of the time...

I have at least 10 versions of Doctor Doctor now by UFO, MSG, Iron Maiden, Scorpions, and others.
Anyone have any that I haven't got? Would be very interested to here about them.

probably been done here several times, cause ya seem a pretty cool bunch, but Im new so I can indulge meself........
my faves.......

any ACDC,but I'll go for Touch to much.Best thing ever on TOTPs and can anyone not sing along to it???.

Spirit of the radio,Rush.Sisters still take the **** about Pams People but a great driving track.

Lights out,UFO.A very knowledgable chap reckons the BBC sessions has the best version but for nostaglic reasons I must go for Strangers in the night.

Teenage kicks,Undertones.

Basket case,Green Day.

Bat out of hell, sad, but still great loud in a car.

Since Ive been loving you-greatest ballad ever by greatest band ever(BBC sessions best yet)

Genocide-Priest at their best imo.

Let there be Rock-ACDC again.

Totally indulgent thread, just like to reminisce!!

davefromevonet,
Are you Smashy and Nicey in disguise?

How about some DM (that`s Depeche Mode not danger mouse), some of your stuff`s pretty hard, no wonder you get such poor mpg from your Turbo! Try to calm down a bit, you`ll have a fit driving to that stuff. I know you`ve got a link at work now but these people need to talk about WARP SPEED not heavy metal. Only joking dave, see ya on evo soon!

Hah, I have both Girl albums with Phil Lewis (Later to go to LA Guns). Sheer Greed and um...the other one.

Sheer Greed is great. My Number was covered by loads of groups including Lillian Axe (anyone know if their name had anything to do with Molly Hatchet?).
Heartbreak America is another which gets a lot of covers and LA Guns themselves re-did Hollywood Tease.

My brother has the 100mph Vardis album. Can't remember much of it though.

Born to be Wild by Steppenwolf is an obvious one, but also in the CD are Children of the Grave by Sabbath, Orgasmatron by Lemmy and the gang and most Hawkwind.
Chill time is provided by Floyd but also interesting is very early Roxy Music

Has anyone seen The stars video? It is the one where loads of famous rockers get together and make a song! The best and funniest thing I had seen in ages!!!

Would love a copy of that song to listen to!

Forgot about Van Halen-in fact as well as Eddie not getting a mention Steve Howe deserves a vote!!
Any Genesis fans left?Lamb Lies down on Broadway a classic imo.But not really driving music so I will just have to add "Alive" by Pearl Jam to the list (12" live version)

Mark,
just dug out a 10" white vinyl by Girl-"love is a game"....it was in the loft!!Havent heard it for about 15 years.
