My 12 year old son has just been away for the weekend with school. When they where all told its bed time my son noticed his bag was missing, this he reported to one of the Teachers. When I collected him today we have been informed the school will contact us tomorrow. My question being who is responsible for the missing items, school or the place they stayed. No money only clothing and bag £120 tops. Advice pleze

I would say neither.Maybe the school has some theft cover on it's travel insurance.

If it was an official school visit that you paid for, the school has to carry insurance. Make a claim.
