Morning...
I need to trace an email (dont ask why!) thats arrived in my mail box, to find out what IP address its arrived from, server, domain etc. Any ideas chaps?

Depends on what mail client you are running.
In the various versions of Outlook, open the message and choose File > Properties.
You should get to see the message headers which will list the various hops the message took.
