Are these the legal Markers to show entrance????
Just wondering if all the signs on the posts where removed and a the "C" signs painted over. Could they enforce the charge??

Yes thats right. The plain white ones are a warning you are about to enter the Congestion Charge zone and the white ones on the red background mark the actual boundary point.
