The people I have been patiently waiting for 6 MONTHS to move out of their house after acceptance of my offer, have **** in my mouth by accepting a better offer than mine today. It will cost me another 5k to move in.

there should be a law against gazumping (sp). i think the owners who accept the higher offer are low lifes.

i have never been gazumped but have lived on my nerves for weeks waiting to exchange contracts knowing that i am stretched to the limit and if the owner were to accept a higher offer i would be stuffed. not pleasent.

post the (intended) address, and we can send a few broken down vans, dodgy geezers, transient drive tarmacers and the like to swarm around the house; to put off the gassumpers. Or pull pull out all the stops and burn the place down - screw gazzer and the vendor!

Just kiddin' about the last bit - only real criminals would get away with that one!
