Hi all.
Our family are building a luxury villa on the South coast of Turkey, near Dalyan, to rent out for holidays.

We are marketing the villa through a web site that we have written ourselves (so forgive the layout!) called http://www.dreamturkishvilla.com

The villa has three double bedrooms, lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and WC. Two of the bedrooms have balconies and there is a sun terrace outside the house. The private walled garden has a 10 metre x 6 metre (26 feet by 10 feet) swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace. The villa will sleep six, plus a further two on sofa beds downstairs if necessary. The weather is wonderful, and the town of Dalyan provides plenty to do, with loads of activity sports around such as paragliding, trekking, river racing and of course...sun bathing! There are lots of restaurants (over 20!) in the town, which is only a 15 - 20 minute walk away.

We have tried to think of everything, from being picked up at the airport to having the villa cleaned during your stay. If you are interested in renting the villa out, please either refer to the web site or give us a call. We are writing to all friends and family over the next two weeks, so that those who are interested can get a deposit down. In the beginning of February we shall be taking out adverts in the Times etc, and there are only 21 weeks up for grabs, so if you, your family, or any of your friends are interested, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
