Unmarked cars on the M1, M25 and M11

hiya,
just fyi... noticed two unmarked cars over the weekend. One was a dark blue mondeo hatchback (R plate) on the M25 near the M11, the other was a black Honda Legend! on the M1 tonight going northbound near Milton Keynes.
