Give Ford a try as well - I think they're offering free insurance on the Ka and the Fiesta at the moment.

There's not much else around unfortunately right now - most free insurance offers now are either over 19's or over 21's

Regarding Citroen, the Saxo VTR was for over 21, and the VTS for over 25s, I seem to remember that the rest of the range was changed from 17 to 19, but this may have changed (again).
