Oh Dear,
President Bush the thicko has started defining defence policies in the US.
He plans to spend an extra $20bn on weapons research and an extra $1bn on armed forces wages.
This fool has the biggest box of fireworks in the world and has been out of America TWICE! (once to mexico!).
I wish Gore had won...sigh

Is that the same Al Gore that visited a school, and told a young lad that he had spelt potato incorrectly, and told him to spell it "P-O-T-A-T-O-E"????
I think it's a case of arrogance and ignorance! Or is that Dumb and Dumber???
Hence the joke:
Canadians are half American and half French. That means their either arrogant or ignorant!!!

Amazing in these times of no arms race, cold war etc that Dubya wants to increase US armed forces by a significant amount. It is a known vote winner to be head politician when your country wins an armed conflict. However, in the case of the US their recent record is not good and they are usually late by all previous accounts
