Any financial bods out there?
Quick question....
for my sins (and they must have been many) my task (which I have no choice in accepting) is to set the Estimated Budget for next year based on this year's expenditure.
What I'm doing is increasing everything my 10% would that be a fairly accurate guess?
P (who ain't no accountant but always gets the fun bits!!!)

You could try looking at what was spent in 2001 first
2001 and 2002 and see what the % increase was and use that as a guidelne
The more info you can get the better results will be
