Got a replacement PS2 delivered today but havent tried it out. Has everyone else who got one replaced by Courier found it has resolved the DVD playback lip-synch issue or not?

its just satellite delay to your brain

I mean asking it to multitask audio and visual is just too much.

Shut your eyes and all will be fixed

Yes and no. I got mine replaced and the DVD playback is now sorted. The new one couldn't cope very well with SSX though, so I have just got the game replaced and will find out later on this evening if everything is now tickety-boo.
