Sick of seeing all these so called food experts telling us all not to wash, stuff,eat leftovers at Xmas. Why? Saw Deilia prog today. She stuffed hers both ends.

As my mum says shes stuffed a turkey for the last 50 years and shes not changing now. Quite right to. I'll be stuffing mine as well. And still be eating eat 4 days later.

Think half the trouble is ppl buying ****e frozen supermarket tasteless birds instead of a good quality free range farm bird.
