Has anyone had any success in uploading their own WMV's onto the phone's memory card? If so, what rate does the video need to be?

I seem to get 1 frame every 2 or 3 seconds, although the sound is fine...... anyone have any recommendations, please? or any advice?

I would like to know the answer to this one as well, I only get the odd frame change here and there, again the sound is ok.
