It's just simply a lottery game, you get 3 chances per day to win. You confirm your choices by clicking on a banner which takes you to an advertisers site. 3 numbers is a win of 50p, 6 numbers and the bonus number is £1m. Don't know what the odds are for picking seven correct numbers . Sure someone will work it out though.

I suspect the site is probably being blocked by your firewall or router filter tables or web filtering software (some of these have options to ban gambling sites).
It might be that the site you mention is using unusual TCP/UDP port numbers and this is causing it to be rejected. If you haven't got a clue what I'm talking about, ask one of your IT bods to check it out for you.
