I cannot seem to play ASF files with Windows Media Player. It keeps saying I have missing combination of filters!

Any ideas on solving this problem.

Have you downloaded the latest media player, there is a beta version 7 out there at the minute, but 6.4 should play anything.

If thats the version you have it should try and download the necessary filters etc when you play the file, so make sure you are logged on when you try !

Markus, its windows. There was a file that was put up on here this BBS some time ago regarding an accident concerning dangerous driving in the states. Now, was that file windows.asf or a mac.asf. To be truthful I'm getting a bit lost. I can play everything known to man, except asf files.

Regarding the beta version 7, is it stable or a bit rough around the edges, since its beta.
